在当今社会,企业之间的竞争已经不单单是企业技术和生产能力之间的竞争。现代企业已经越来越注重人才的竞争,企业人要想在才竞争中占据优势地位,就应该加强企业的人事管理,充分发挥人事管理工作的作用。人事管理是一门管理人的科学,它的最终目的是协调企业内部人与人之间的关系,提高企业人员的工作积极性和工作效率。企业人事管理的这些特点决定企业思想政治工作在企业人事管理中能够发挥重要的作用。
In today’s society, the competition among enterprises is not just the competition between the technology and the production capacity of enterprises. Modern enterprises have paid more and more attention to the competition of talents. If an enterprise wants to occupy a dominant position in the competition, it should strengthen its personnel management and give full play to the role of personnel management. Personnel management is a manager of science, and its ultimate goal is to coordinate the relationship between people within the enterprise, improve the enthusiasm of the staff and work efficiency. These characteristics of corporate personnel management determine that corporate ideological and political work can play an important role in corporate personnel management.
