本文主要通过对现阶段我国国有煤炭企业人力资源管理中存在的问题进行分析,来探讨加强国有煤炭企业人力资源管理工作的有效措施,以保障我国国有煤炭企业人力资源管理质量。据此,有利于提高国有煤炭企业人力资源管理水平,充分发挥人力资源管理的作用,以培养国有煤炭企业人员的工作积极性,推动国有煤炭企业的稳定发展,从而实现国有煤炭企业经济效益最大化。
This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems in the human resources management of state-owned coal enterprises in our country to discuss the effective measures to strengthen the human resources management in the state-owned coal enterprises in order to guarantee the human resources management quality of the state-owned coal enterprises in our country. Therefore, it is helpful to improve the human resource management level of the state-owned coal enterprises and give full play to the role of human resources management in order to cultivate the enthusiasm of the staff of the state-owned coal enterprises and promote the stable development of the state-owned coal enterprises so as to maximize the economic benefits of the state-owned coal enterprises.
