目的研究2型糖尿病和代谢综合症对男性冠心病的心肌结构和微血管的影响。方法 2006年2月至2010年2月选择了92例男性冠状动脉搭桥手术的患者,进行生化和心脏指标检测和组织学分析。结果 3组中心静脉压、肺毛细血管楔压、心脏指数、射血分数、二尖瓣室间隔比值之间的差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)、二尖瓣E/E’在代谢综合征和糖尿病患者的差别没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。心肌细胞纤维化、心肌细胞宽度、毛细血管长度密度、扩散半径在3组之间无差异(P>0.05)。动脉管壁面积/圆周率在3组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中心静脉压、肺毛细血管楔压、心脏指数、射血分数、二尖瓣室间隔比值不依赖于心肌细胞宽度、毛细血管长度密度、扩散半径的改变。
Objective To investigate the effects of type 2 diabetes mellitus and metabolic syndrome on myocardial structure and microvascular in male patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From February 2006 to February 2010, 92 patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft surgery were selected for biochemical and cardiac index testing and histological analysis. Results The differences of central venous pressure, pulmonary capillary wedge pressure, cardiac index, ejection fraction and mitral ventricular septum ratio were statistically significant (P <0.05). The mitral E / E ’ The difference between levy and diabetes was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Myocardial cell fibrosis, myocardial cell width, capillary length density, diffusion radius in the three groups no difference (P> 0.05). Arterial wall area / pi in the three groups the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The central venous pressure, pulmonary capillary wedge pressure, cardiac index, ejection fraction and mitral ventricular septum ratio do not depend on the change of myocardial cell width, capillary density and diffusion radius.
