以云南大姚铜矿氧化矿为对象,作了模拟原地浸出回收铜的试验研究。本试验研究采用原地浸出-萃取-电积工艺。结果找出了各种因素对铜回收率的影响及各种参数间的关系,给出了铜回收工艺的有关参数的合理范围。采用本工艺可提高回收率20~40%,而且溶浸液可循环使用,无环境污染,工艺流程简单可行。
Taking the ore deposit of Dayao Copper Mine in Yunnan Province as an example, an experimental study was conducted to simulate the leaching and recovery of copper in situ. The experimental study using in situ leaching - extraction - electrowinning process. Results The influence of various factors on copper recovery rate and the relationship among various parameters were found out, and the reasonable range of relevant parameters of copper recovery process was given. The use of the process can increase the recovery rate of 20 ~ 40%, and the infusions can be recycled, no environmental pollution, the process is simple and feasible.
