路堤基底应力大小及分布形式,对地基沉降计算影响较大;复合地基垫层中土工格栅拉力大小是柔性拱作用效果的重要反应同时为土工格栅强度选择提供依据。海南东环线全风化花岗岩路基基底应力测试和复合地基垫层中土工格栅拉力测试表明:比例荷载法计算基底附加应力大于实测值,均布荷载计算值小于实测值,弹性土堤法和修正比例荷载法计算的附加应力接近实测值;土工格栅拉力实测值与日本规范法计算值接近,欧洲规范计算值明显大于实测值,目前国内土工格栅强度满足受力要求。
The stress and distribution of embankment basement have a great influence on the calculation of foundation settlement. The tensile strength of geogrid in composite foundation cushion is an important reaction of the effect of flexible arch and at the same time provides the basis for the selection of geogrid strength. The test of base stress of fully weathered granite subgrade in Hainan East Ring Road and the tensile test of geogrid in composite foundation cushion show that the additional stress of basement calculated by proportional load method is larger than the measured value and the calculated value of uniform load is smaller than the measured value. The additional stress calculated by load method is close to the measured value; the measured value of the tensile force of geogrid is close to the calculated value of the Japanese Normalized Law, and the calculated value of the European standard is obviously larger than the measured value. At present, the strength of geogrid in China satisfies the force requirement.
