大连南部滨海大道工程主桥为海上三跨地锚式悬索桥,两个锚碇的基础均采用超大沉箱结构。单个沉箱尺寸为69m×44m×17m,重量约26000t,目前为国内最大沉箱。超大沉箱远距离拖航,并途经被称为“我国最凶险的水道”——老铁山水道,施工难度非常大。我们通过规范公式计算、物模试验验证,以及引用船舶原理对超大沉箱的浮态和抗沉性进行了详细研究,最终确保了超大沉箱拖航施工任务的顺利实施。
The main bridge of the Dalian Binhai Avenue project is an anchored suspension bridge with three spans on the sea. The foundation of the two anchors are all equipped with the large caisson structure. A single caisson size of 69m × 44m × 17m, weighing about 26000t, is currently the largest caisson. Large caisson long-distance tow, and through the known as “China’s most dangerous water ” - Laotieshan channel, construction is very difficult. We conducted a detailed study on the floating state and anti-sinking performance of the super-large caissons by standardizing the formulas, verifying the model test and referring to the ship principle, which finally ensured the smooth implementation of the task of towing the large caissons.
