Beer、Muto、Bock、Heilmeyer等学者在动物实驗中証明,肝脏可能分泌出一种促进骨髓粒性細胞成长的物質,脾脏也能分泌出一种体液,这种体液能抑制骨髓細胞的发育。但这些現象只是在动物实验时所观察到的,在人体上研究肝、脾在白血球神經体液調节上的意义,还没有人研究过。作者根据Moeschlin与Hoff氏的骨髓功能試驗法,对正常健康人(8名),肝脏疾病(24例) 及脾脏疾病(16例)患者进行了研究,方法用Pyrifer注射产生人工高热,以后每4小时檢查白血球計数,一共六次,观察白血球数的变化,結果如下:
Beer, Muto, Bock, Heilmeyer and other scholars in animal experiments show that the liver may secrete a substance that promotes the growth of bone marrow granulosa cells, the spleen can also secrete a body fluid that can inhibit bone marrow cell development. However, these phenomena are only observed in animal experiments. It has not been studied in human body to study the significance of liver and spleen in the regulation of leukocyte neuronal fluid.
