用三种不同浓度的沙棘油对小鼠移植性S_(180)进行了抗癌作用研究。实验结果表明:25％沙棘油对S_(180)的抑制率为49.6％,P<0.01;12.5％沙棘油抑制率为43.7％,P<0.05。说明沙棘油有一定抗癌活性。它对脾脏和胸腮的生量基本本无影响。
Three different concentrations of sea buckthorn oil were used to study the antitumor effect of transplanted S 180 in mice. The experimental results show that: 25% sea buckthorn oil S_ (180) inhibition rate was 49.6%, P <0.01; 12.5% seabuckthorn oil inhibition rate was 43.7%, P <0.05. That seabuckthorn oil has a certain anti-cancer activity. It basically has no effect on the amount of spleen and breast.
