Teachers’ teaching and learning process is reflected in their education and teaching behavior. Teachers ’teaching behavior can be generally divided into two systems of education and teaching, and the education system focuses more on the humanistic aspect of teachers’ behavior. We can call it teacher’s human behavior, which is inherent and hidden. The teaching system is more emphasis on the technical aspects of teacher behavior, we can call the teacher’s technical behavior, with explicit, visible, procedural and quantifiable.
