本论文集中分析了我国电视剧市场中的电视台购剧联盟行为,重点解析其类别、效益、风险及控制机制。在类别上,有非竞争性购剧联盟与竞争性购剧联盟;在效益上,所有的联盟都有资源互补、获取规模经济效益、一齐播出形成更大影响等;在风险上,非竞争性购剧联盟主要有协调成本与控制成本高、不灵活以及对联盟伙伴有依赖性而导致自身生存能力减弱等,竞争性联盟除上述之外,还多一个核心资源丧失风险;购剧联盟风险的控制机制应在联盟伙伴、形式的选择以及利益分配机制的设计等方面着力构建。由于文化产品的特有属性以及我国传媒业的特有体制,我国电视台购剧联盟的运作中存在着独特机制以及更为微妙的内容。
This thesis focuses on analyzing the alliance behavior of TV drama series in China’s television drama market, focusing on the analysis of its categories, benefits, risks and control mechanisms.
