华麦９号是华中农业大学农学系选育的白粒大穗型小麦新品种，具有分蘖力强、综合抗性好、穗粒结构协调等特点。栽培技术的关键是：稳定粒重，增加有效穗。配套措施为：适时精量播种，降低起点苗数；施足底肥，不追拔节肥；综合防治病、虫、草、渍害和倒伏。
Huamai 9 is a new white wheat variety with large spike cultivated in Agronomy Department of Huazhong Agricultural University. It has the characteristics of strong tillering ability, good comprehensive resistance and coordination of spike grain structure. The key to cultivation techniques is to stabilize grain weight and increase effective panicles. Supporting measures: timely precision sowing, reducing the starting point of seedlings; Shi enough base fertilizer, not chase fertilizer; comprehensive disease prevention, insects, grass, waterlogging and lodging.
