针对掘进机行走机构液压系统故障发生具有模糊性的特点,提出了基于一种梯形模糊数运算的液压系统故障分析方法。考虑故障程度对系统的影响,将故障发生概率表述为模糊数,运用模糊集合论描述液压系统故障底事件和中间事件的发生概率。结合掘进机构液压系统油缸故障树分析应用实例,估算了顶事件的故障概率,取得了理想的效果。
Aiming at the fuzziness of the hydraulic system of TBM, the fault analysis method of hydraulic system based on trapezoidal fuzzy number operation is proposed. Considering the influence of the degree of failure on the system, the probability of failure is expressed as the fuzzy number. The fuzzy set theory is used to describe the probability of occurrence of the bottom and middle events of the hydraulic system. Combined with the application example of fault tree analysis of hydraulic system cylinder of driving mechanism, the failure probability of top event is estimated and the ideal result is obtained.
