目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定千草脑脉通片中(+)-松脂素单葡萄糖苷含量。方法:采用Hedera ODS-2C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-水(20:80),流速1.0ml·min~(-1),检测波长230 nm。结果:(+)-松脂素单葡萄糖苷在18.49~184.91μg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内,呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5);平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为1.1%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、快速,可用于千草脑脉通片中(+)-松脂素单葡萄糖苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of (+) - phorbol monoglycoside in Qiancao Naoyu Tongtong Tablet. METHODS: Hedera ODS-2C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (20:80) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results: The linearity (r = 0.999 5) of (+) - phorbol monoglucoside was found in the range of 18.49-184.91 μg · ml -1 with an average recovery of 98.9% and a RSD of 1.1% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid and can be used for the determination of (+) - phorbol monoglucoside in Qiancao Nao Mai Tong Tong.
