我国的学科教学长期与个性和创造绝缘,这有社会、文化和思维方式等方面的深层原因和历史渊源。家国同构的政治结构,重群体、轻个体的整体主义,不偏不倚的中庸思想,安于现状不思进取的社会心理,等等,对个性化教学产生了很大的负面影响。现代教育工具的价值取向、高度统一的教学制度、单调乏味的教学活动方式和忽视差异的教学评价等也钳制了个性化教学的进行。
The long-term and individuality and creation of instructors in our subject teaching has its deep reasons and historical origins in aspects of society, culture and ways of thinking. The political structure of isomorphism in the family and the state, the heavy colony, the individualistic monolithism, the impartiality of the mean theory, the unbridled social psychology of the status quo, and so on have had a great negative impact on individualized teaching. The value orientation of modern educational tools, a high degree of unity of the teaching system, tedious teaching activities and teaching methods to ignore the differences also curb the conduct of personalized teaching.
