中职服装院校作为我国人才培养体系中的重要组成部分,为社会培养并输送了大量专业型和技能型人才。但是随着世界经济全球化趋势的到来,服装技能型人才成为当前人力资源市场追捧的对象。从当前中职服装专业人才培训模式上看,由于学员的文化水平参差不齐、实践能力和掌握新知识能力差异巨大,给中职服装专业人才培训造成了极大的困难。分层次技能培训旨在运用“因材施教”教学理念实行层次化技能培训,从而提高个体学员的综合技能。
As an important part of China’s personnel training system, vocational clothing colleges have trained and delivered a large number of professional and skilled personnel for the society. However, with the advent of the trend of global economic globalization, apparel-based talents have become the object pursued by the current human resources market. Judging from the current mode of vocational training of vocational and technical personnel, due to the uneven cultural level of trainees, the ability to practice and master new knowledge varies greatly, which has caused great difficulty in the training of vocational clothing professionals. Hierarchical skills training aims to use “teaching students according to their aptitude” to implement the level of skills training, thereby enhancing the comprehensive skills of individual trainees.
