“中国梦”是中华民族实现国家富强、人们幸福,坚持中国特色社会主义道路、凝聚民族力量的建设之路。“中国梦”为离退休职工管理的服务能力、服务意识和服务水平提出了更高的要求。如何创新离退休职工管理工作,增强离退休职工的凝聚力、影响力,成为了“老龄化”社会背景下的关键问题。本文从“中国梦”的角度出发,分析了离退休职工管理的特点,理论联系实际研究了离退休党支部的能力建设、服务管理的具体措施。
“Chinese dream ” is the road for the Chinese nation to realize the prosperity of the country, people are happy, adhere to the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics and unite the national forces. “China Dream ” put forward higher requirements for the service capabilities, service awareness and service level of retired staff management. How to innovate the management of retired employees and enhance the cohesion and influence of retired employees has become a key issue under the social background of “aging”. This paper analyzes the characteristics of retired staff management from the perspective of “China ’s dream ”. The theory studies the concrete measures of capacity building and service management of retired party branch in light of the actual situation.
