本文通过分析大型活动类项目的一般特点和在我国举办大型活动类项目所具有的特殊性,在总结以往组织大型活动的经验的基础上,设计开发了大型活动类项目多维的工作分解结构(WBS)模型,并且阐述了依据 WBS所编制的项目进度计划的表现形式,目的是让一般项目管理的方法与大型活动类项目管理的特点相结合,把一个复杂的大型活动,转变成一个简单而实用、有效的体系,使大型活动类项目在我国不断走向专业化、系统化、规范化和科学化。
This article analyzes the general characteristics of large-scale activity projects and the particularities of holding large-scale activity projects in China. Based on the previous experience of organizing large-scale activities, we designed and developed a multi-dimensional work breakdown structure for large-scale activity projects (WBS). ) Model, and elaborated on the performance forms of the project schedule prepared by WBS. The purpose is to combine the general project management method with the characteristics of large-scale activity project management, and transform a complex large-scale activity into a simple and practical one. An effective system has enabled large-scale activity projects to continue to become professional, systematic, standardized, and scientific in China.
