以栽培大麦与球茎大麦种间杂种回交后代的2个抗病姐妹株(BC1-2、BC1-5)为材料,以其母本栽培大麦苏啤1号为对照,对它们的C-带染色体图象进行电脑技术处理:建立母本标准模式图,检测并绘制2个姐妹株的C-带染色体图象。结果表明,BC1-2F3的C-带带型与其母本基本相同,而BC1-5F3中有两对栽培大麦染色体发生了结构变异,其第三、四染色体长臂发生了互换,形成3/4易位。这种易位是栽培大麦染色体组间,而不是异源染色体间的易位。通过杂种早代花粉母细胞联会四价体C-带带型的电脑分析,进一步验证了这一结果。
Two resistant siblings (BC1-2, BC1-5), which were backcrossing backcrossing interspecific hybrids between barley and bulblets, were used as materials, and their female parent, Chromosome images were processed using computer technology: A standard picture of the female parent was established, and the C-band chromosome images of the two sister strains were detected and plotted. The results showed that the C-banding pattern of BC1-2F3 was basically the same as that of its female parent, while the chromosomes of two pairs of cultivated barley in BC1-5F3 were structurally altered. The third and the fourth long arm of the chromosome were interchanged to form 3 / 4 translocation. This translocation is a barley between cultivated barley chromosomes rather than translocations between heterologous chromosomes. This result was further verified by the computerized analysis of the quadrivalent C-banding of the hybrid early-generation pollen mother cells.
