本文以石油企业为例,论述了建立和完善与知识经济环境相适应的企业人力资源管理机制的必要性,提出知识经济条件下企业人力资源管理创新思路:发挥人才配置市场的主渠道作用;出台优惠措施鼓励“智力”流动;鼓励石油大专院校、科研院所,以及人才密集的国有大中型企业的知识分子业余兼职;对现有人员进行培训,更新知识。
This paper takes petroleum enterprises as an example, discusses the necessity of establishing and perfecting enterprise human resources management mechanism that is compatible with knowledge economy environment, puts forward the idea of innovation of enterprise human resource management under the conditions of knowledge economy: the main channel of talent allocation market; Preferential measures to encourage “intellectual” mobility; encourage oil tertiary institutions, research institutes, and talented state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises of intellectuals part-time job; existing staff training and update knowledge.
