利用介质阻挡放电,形成非平衡等离子体,在自制的设备上进行常压等离子体渗氮研究.采用优化工艺对42CrMo材料进行离子渗氮处理,对处理后的试样硬度、断面金相组织进行了分析,对渗层的摩擦学性能进行了研究,并与辉光离子渗氮工艺比较.试验结果表明:这种工艺完全达到了辉光渗氮处理的要求,并且组织致密,有利于提高其耐磨性.该渗氮工艺具有渗速快、渗层深、白亮层厚、渗氮效率高等优点.
Atmospheric pressure plasma nitriding was carried out on self-made equipment by using dielectric barrier discharge to form non-equilibrium plasma.Ion-nitriding treatment was performed on 42CrMo material by optimized process, and the hardness and microstructure of the treated specimen were processed The tribological properties of the coating were studied and compared with the glow-ion nitriding process.The experimental results show that this process meets the requirements of glow nitriding completely and has the advantages of compact structure, Abrasion resistance.The nitriding process has the advantages of fast permeation rate, deep seepage layer, thick white bright layer and high nitriding efficiency.
