目的探讨β2肾上腺素能受体(β2-AR)基因多态性与原发性高血压(高血压)左心室肥厚(LVH)的关系。方法选取高血压LVH患者(A组,50例)、高血压非LVH患者(B组,64例)和体检正常人群(C组,54例),采用PCR-限制性片段长度多态性分析各组β2-AR基因多态性,比较组间β2-AR常见基因多态性位点基因型及等位基因频率分布及左心室质量指数(LVMI)。结果三组β2-AR多态性位点Arg16Gly、Gln27Glu和Thr164Ile的基因型及等位基因频率分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。β2-AR多态性位点Arg16Gly、Gln27Glu和Thr164Ile各位点不同基因型间的LVMI差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论β2-AR的Arg16Gly、Gln27Glu和Thr164Ile基因多态性不影响高血压患者的LVH心肌肥厚程度。
Objective To investigate the relationship between β2-adrenergic receptor (β2-AR) gene polymorphism and essential hypertension (Hypertension) and left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). Methods Fifty patients with LVH in hypertension (group A, 50), non-hypertensive patients with LVH (group B, 64) and normal controls (group C, 54) were selected and analyzed by PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism Group β2-AR gene polymorphism, genotype and allele frequency distribution and the left ventricular mass index (LVMI) of the common gene polymorphism sites β2-AR between groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the genotype and allele frequencies of Arg16Gly, Gln27Glu and Thr164Ile in the three β2-AR polymorphisms (P> 0.05). There were no significant differences in LVMI between different genotypes in the sites of Arg16Gly, Gln27Glu and Thr164Ile in the β2-AR polymorphism loci (P> 0.05). Conclusion The polymorphisms of Arg16Gly, Gln27Glu and Thr164Ile in β2-AR do not affect LVH myocardial hypertrophy in hypertensive patients.
