产学研联盟中的知识流动对于区域创新体系的构建具有十分重要的作用。本文基于流体力学视角,将联盟中显隐性知识的流态类比成层流与紊流,并借鉴种群生态学模型提出知识流态在联盟不同模式中具有层流-过渡-紊流-衰退的生命周期。在引入新知识后,便会进入紊流-衰退的有限循环时期,并最终进入稳定期。实际生活中应尽量使联盟处于紊流期,突出隐性知识的主导作用。
Knowledge flow in the alliance of production, learning and research plays an important role in the construction of regional innovation system. Based on the view of fluid mechanics, the flow states of tacit knowledge in the alliance are stratified into laminar flow and turbulent flow. Based on the model of population ecology, the paper proposes that knowledge flow has the characteristics of laminar flow - transition - turbulence - recession in different modes of coalition Life cycle. When new knowledge is introduced, it enters turbulence - a finite cycle of recession and eventually into a stabilization period. In actual life, the alliance should try its best in the period of turbulence, highlighting the leading role of tacit knowledge.
