本文叙述了传统双级油封式机械真空泵的不足,回顾了克服这些不足的几种方法,并提出了一种能改进其性能的新技术方案和结构。这一方案集单级泵和双级泵于一个泵上,使双级泵中的两个泵级既可当作两个独立的单级泵,使用于高压强范围并联抽气,又能组合成一个双级泵,使用于低压强范围串联抽气;从结构上讲,这一方案主要是通过一个组合阀门或三个单独阀门,并对原掺气阀门作些修改而实现的。改进后的双级泵消除了传统双级泵的不足,产生了明显的实际效果,即大幅地增强了抽除水蒸汽的能力,大大提高了高压强范围的抽速和连续抽气的可靠性。此外,这种泵还可以长期变成单级泵使用。
This article describes the shortcomings of the traditional two-stage oil-sealed mechanical vacuum pump, reviews several ways to overcome these deficiencies, and proposes a new technical solution and structure that can improve its performance.
