目的探讨低苯丙氨酸饮食疗法在儿童苯丙酮尿症治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2014年1月至2015年2月辽宁省锦州市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的儿童苯丙酮尿症患者73例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(36例)和观察组(37例)。对照组患儿予以常规治疗,观察组患儿实施低苯丙氨酸饮食疗法,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的血苯丙氨酸浓度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿的思维能力、学习能力、适应环境能力评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患儿消化系统不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.408,P=0.02)。结论低苯丙氨酸饮食疗法在儿童苯丙酮尿症治疗中的应用价值高,可以通过饮食调节,控制苯丙氨酸摄入,减少患儿血液中苯丙氨酸浓度,促进其正常生长发育,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the value of low-phenylalanine diet therapy in the treatment of children with phenylketonuria.
