我科用前列腺素E1（PGE1）治疗脑梗塞78例，现报告如下。1临床资料1．1一般资料。本组78例，年龄43～81岁，平均年龄62岁。其中男性45例，女性33例。诊断标准：头部CT扫描均有梗塞病灶。其中大部分有不同程度的舌、面及肢体瘫痪。其中3例伴有不完全运动性失语症。l·2给药方法
My department prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) 78 cases of cerebral infarction, are as follows. 1 clinical data 1.1 general information. The group of 78 patients, aged 43 to 81 years, mean age 62 years.
