高墩大跨连续刚构桥通常位于山区峡谷,一般情况下由风荷载控制其设计,因此分析研究桥墩的合理形式至关重要。根据常用的桥墩形式,本文通过几个工程实例对双薄壁墩和单薄壁墩的经济性进行了对比分析,为施工设计提供一定的依据。当连续刚构桥跨径较大时,通常采用双薄壁墩形式,而双薄壁墩的墩间距H作为连续刚构的一个设计参数可以通过悬臂施工过程中的不平衡弯矩求得,为连续刚构桥墩尺寸拟定提供参考,并通过工程实例验证了本文墩间距范围计算公式的正确性和适用性。
The high pier long-span continuous rigid frame bridge is usually located in the mountain canyon, which is usually controlled by the wind load. Therefore, it is very important to analyze and study the reasonable form of the pier. According to the commonly used bridge piers, this paper compares and analyzes the economy of double thin-walled piers and single thin-walled piers by several engineering examples, and provides some basis for construction design. When the span of continuous rigid frame bridge is large, double-thin-walled piers are usually adopted. The pier spacing H of double thin-walled piers, as a design parameter of continuous rigid frame, can be obtained by unbalanced bending moment during cantilever construction, This paper provides a reference for the design of continuous rigid frame piers, and verifies the correctness and applicability of the calculation formula of pier spacing by engineering example.
