基于内容分析法,收集分析凤凰、腾讯、新浪、搜狐四大门户类网站对同一热点新闻的评价,在冰山模型的基础上,以评价内容的情绪化、内容全面化、表达形象化为研究因素,量化每一条评论。每个维度确立三个模糊量化值,依据主成分分析法,得出五种具有代表性的五大用户类别,并进行分类说明。最终得出四个网站的用户类型,并提出自身的网络舆情引导建议。
Based on the content analysis method, we collected and analyzed the evaluation of the same hot news on the four portal websites of Phoenix, Tencent, Sina and Sohu. On the basis of the iceberg model, we evaluated the emotional content and the content as a whole, , Quantify each comment. For each dimension, three fuzzy quantitative values are established. According to the principal component analysis, five representative five categories of users are obtained and categorized. Finally come to four types of users of the site, and put forward their own network of public opinion guidance.
