目的了解福建省2014年登革热流行病学特征,为制定预防控制措施提供依据。方法从“中国疾病预防控制信息系统”收集福建省2014年登革热暴发疫情资料和个案资料,用描述性流行病学方法分析其流行特征和流行因素。结果 2014年福建省共报告登革热297例,其中输入性病例50例,本地感染病例247例。病例波及全省9个设区市中的7个,主要集中莆田市和南平市,占总数的83.8%。全省27.3%的县(市、区)(24/88)有报告病例。各月均有病例,其中9、10月病例数最多,占88.9%(264/297)。本地感染病例仅发生在8-11月,而输入性病例全年12个月均有发生。各年龄组均有病例,25~65岁年龄组病例占总数的73.7%(219/297)。境外输入性病例来自于东南亚、非洲、南美洲,但主要来自于东南亚。境内输入性病例主要来自于广东。297例病例发病至诊断的时间间隔中位数为4.7 d,57.6%(171/297)的病例在发病后5 d内被发现。结论福建省2014年登革热病例以本地感染病例为主,应该加强对输入性病例的监测,及时发现,及早处置,防止扩散。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of dengue fever in Fujian Province in 2014 and provide the basis for making prevention and control measures. Methods Data and cases of dengue fever outbreaks in 2014 in Fujian Province were collected from China CDC System. The epidemiological characteristics and epidemic factors of dengue fever outbreak were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. Results A total of 297 cases of dengue fever were reported in Fujian Province in 2014, of which 50 were imported and 247 were locally infected. The cases spread to 7 of the 9 districts and cities in the province, mainly in Putian and Nanping, accounting for 83.8% of the total. 27.3% of the county (city, district) (24/88) reported cases in the province. Each month there are cases, of which the highest number of cases in September and October, accounting for 88.9% (264/297). Local cases of infection occurred only in August-November, while cases of imported cases occurred throughout the year for 12 months. Cases were found in all age groups, with 73.7% (219/297) in the 25-65 age group. The imported cases come from Southeast Asia, Africa and South America, but mainly from Southeast Asia. The imported cases mainly come from Guangdong. The median time to diagnosis of 297 cases was 4.7 days and 57.6% (171/297) were found within 5 days of onset. Conclusion The cases of dengue fever in 2014 in Fujian Province are mainly local cases of infection. Monitoring of imported cases should be strengthened, and timely detection, early disposal and prevention of proliferation should be carried out.
