用复交粘结剂代替Polidox法中聚丙烯酸钠,对提高型砂的抗吸湿性有一定效果,但仍然存在吸湿问题,尚需探索粘结强度高而吸湿性低的新型粘结剂体系。对于Polidox法的硬化机理和ZnO的作用认为有重新研讨的必要,—COONa—Ca(OH)_2CO_2体系的硬化机理与PVA--Ca(OH)_2--CO_2体系基本上是相同的。
The use of compound adhesive instead of Polidox in the sodium polyacrylate to improve the anti-hygroscopicity of sand has some effect, but there is still moisture problems, the need to explore the high bond strength and low moisture absorption of the new binder system. The mechanism of the Polidox method and the effect of ZnO are considered to be necessary for re-discussion. The hardening mechanism of -COONa-Ca (OH) 2CO_2 system is basically the same as PVA-Ca (OH) 2-CO_2 system.
