应用 LSAB 法对20例乳腺导管原位癌(DCIS及22例导管原位癌伴早期浸润的标本进行C-erbB-2及 ER 检测的研究,其中粉刺型 DCIS 11例,伴有早期浸润的10例,非粉刺型 DCIS9例,伴有早期浸润者12例。结果发现,粉刺型 DCIS 及伴早期浸润者 C-erbB-2阳性表达率85.7%(18/21,明显高于非粉刺型19.0%(4/21,有显著差异(P<0.01。而雌激素受体(ER在粉刺型 DCIS、非粉刺型 DCIS 及其伴早期浸润病例中的表达无明显区别。表明乳腺 DCIS 的病理形态及生物学行为的不一致性。
Twenty cases of ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS and 22 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ with early infiltration) were studied by LSAB method. C-erbB-2 and ER were detected in 11 specimens of acne DCIS with early infiltration. Cases, 9 cases of non-acne type DCIS, 12 cases with early infiltration. The results found that the positive rate of C-erbB-2 expression in acne type DCIS and early infiltration was 85.7% (18/21, significantly higher than non-acne type 19.0%. (4/21, there was a significant difference (P<0.01). Estrogen receptors (ER expression in acne DCIS, non-comedogenic DCIS, and early invasive cases were not significantly different. It was shown that pathological morphology and biological features of breast DCIS. Inconsistent learning behavior.
