目的探讨二维和彩色多普勒超声对前列腺肉瘤的诊断价值。方法对５例前列腺肉瘤的超声声像图及其中１例的彩色多普勒超声结果进行分析和总结，并与病理结果相对照。结果本组前列腺肉瘤表现为前列腺明显增大，以低回声为主，中心部伴有不规则无回声区，或前列腺内有较大的肿块，以低回声为主，中心部有不规则的无回声区。彩色多普勒超声显示肿瘤边缘部血流丰富，Ｖｍａｘ＝２５．４ｃｍ／ｓ，ＲＩ＝０．６２。结论超声检查结合临床可对本病作出明确诊断
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound in prostate sarcoma. Methods The echography of 5 cases of prostate sarcoma and 1 case of color Doppler ultrasound were analyzed and summarized, and compared with the pathological results. Results This group of prostate sarcoma showed significantly increased prostate, hypoechoic, central with irregular anechoic area, or larger prostate mass, with low echo, the center of the irregular Echo zone. Color Doppler ultrasound showed the edge of the tumor blood flow rich, Vmax = 25.4cm / s, RI = 0.62. Conclusion Ultrasound combined with clinical diagnosis of the disease can be made clear
