几年来,利通区党委、政府不断加大对年轻干部、妇女干部、少数民族干部的培养选拔力度,干部队伍的年龄结构、文化结构、性别结构进一步优化,整体素质不断提高。截至目前,利通区现有公务员695名,事业单位工作人员1105名,35岁以下公务员190名,占27.34%;40岁以下年轻科级干部115人,占全区科级干部总数的31.68%。其中,30岁以下科级领导干部6名,35岁及以下科级领导干部19名,担任部门、乡镇“一把手”的有4名。
Over the past few years, the party committees and governments in Litong District have continuously stepped up training and selection of young cadres, women cadres and ethnic minority cadres. The cadres’ age structure, cultural structure and gender structure have been further optimized and the overall quality has been continuously improved. Up to now, there are 695 civil servants in Litong district, 1,105 staff in public institutions and 190 civil servants under 35 years of age, accounting for 27.34%. 115 young section-level cadres under 40 years old account for 31.68% of the total number of section-level cadres in the region. Among them, there are 6 leading cadres under the age of 30, 19 leading cadres under the age of 35 and below, and 4 serving as departments and towns.
