给水泵是发电厂中消耗电量最大的辅机,占发电量的3%左右。改造低效给水泵是降低厂用电的关键。近年来,很多电厂开展了这方面工作,并在提高给水泵效率和运行可靠性方面取得了良好的效果和丰富的经验。提高给水泵效率和运行可靠性,应从水泵设计、制造加工、安装工艺,运行方式等各方面综合考虑。本文将结合这几个方面介绍影响给水泵性能的一些因素,只有充分考虑这些因素,才有可能取得较好的水力模型,和较好的改造效果。
Feedwater pump is the largest auxiliary power plant in the power plant, accounting for about 3% of electricity generation. Rebuilding inefficient feed pumps is the key to reducing plant electricity. In recent years, many power plants have carried out this work and have achieved good results and rich experience in improving the efficiency and operational reliability of feedwater pumps. To improve the efficiency and operational reliability of pumps, pump design, manufacturing and processing, installation process, operation mode and other aspects should be considered. This article will combine these aspects to introduce some of the factors that affect the performance of the feed pump, only by fully taking into account these factors, it is possible to obtain a better hydraulic model, and a better transformation.
