从体育教学过程中的各种刺激条件引起心理应激负效应分析 ,大学生形成焦虑过度的主要原因为对体育课厌学、对高难度有危险性技术缺乏信心、应试能力差、不能正确对待教师与同学的评价等 ,由此造成了消极对抗情绪等。提出在体育教学过程中 ,必须重视和加强心理健康教育 ,使学生了解心理卫生知识 ,掌握调节心理状态的手段方法 ,培养学生防御心理疾病的能力和自我心理调控能力 ,成为身心健康的新一代大学生
The negative effects of psychological stress caused by various stimulating conditions in PE teaching process are analyzed. The main reasons for college students’ over-anxiety are lack of confidence in physical education, lack of confidence in difficult and dangerous techniques, poor ability to take exams, and improper treatment of teachers And classmates, etc., resulting in negative confrontation and so on.
