近年来,来自医学、生物、材料和化学等领域的学者从不同的侧面对尿结石主要组分草酸钙(CaOxa)的矿化进行了深入研究,具有类似细胞膜结构的单分子膜是重要的模型体系之一.本文综述了单分子膜对CaOxa晶体成核、生长和晶面取向的调控作用的研究进展,讨论了单分子膜亲水头基、疏水尾链、膜聚集态、亚相抑制剂等因素对膜控晶体生长的影响,从晶格匹配、分子模型、静电作用、氢键、异相成核理论、空间定位与约束等方面深入探讨了单分子膜诱导晶体生长的本质原因,并论述了采用扫描电子显徽镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和计算机模型等方法得到的最新结果.
In recent years, scholars from the fields of medicine, biology, materials and chemistry have studied the mineralization of calcium oxalate (CaOxa) as the main component of urinary stones from different aspects.
