策划人语: 阿基米德曾说过,“给我一个支点,我就可以撑起地球。”在基层保安工作中,要想做好保安班队的管理,同样也需要这样的一个支点,即队伍管理者所使用的工作策略与方法。没有谋略的经营管理不会有长远的发展,每个岗位领导者都深谙此理。基层班队长接触保安工作的时间较长,他们在长期的实践活动中积累了很多保安工作的经验与方法。为了能够将这些有益的经验,与更多保安从业者分享,进一步促进基层保安班队建设,本于特别开设了“我的谋略”栏目,希望能够借此平台,告诉广大保安基层管理者怎样成为一名合格的队伍管理者、怎样去制定班队纪律实施队伍管理、怎样提高保安班队的工作效率、怎样加强队员的业务学习和素质训练……通过言传身教的方式,让这些管理经验为更多人所用、发挥更大的价值。本期“我的谋略”栏目,将为您讲述北京和沈阳两位保安队长的工作和管理经验。
