程延园中国人民大学劳动人事学院教授、博士生导师,中国人民大学劳动关系研究所副所长。兼任中国人力资源开发协会劳动关系专业委员会副秘书长,人事部中央国家机关在京直属事业单位人事争议仲裁委员会委员,中国企业联合会雇主工作委员会委员,中国劳动法学研究会、北京市劳动法学和社会保障法学研究会常务理事,深圳市企业家协会维权工委专家顾问。迄今出版著作10余部,发表论文50余篇,2007年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”。
Cheng Yuanyuan Renmin University of China School of Labor and Personnel, doctoral tutor, Renmin University of China Institute of Labor Relations, deputy director. He is also Deputy Secretary-General of Labor Relations Committee of China Human Resources Development Association and member of Personnel Department of Personnel Department of Central Government Offices of Personnel Dispute Arbitration Commission of China’s State-owned Institution, Member of Employers Working Committee of China Enterprise Confederation, China Labor Law Research Association, Beijing Labor Law and Society Security Law Research Association executive director, Shenzhen Entrepreneurs Association rights adviser expert. So far published more than 10 books, published more than 50 papers in 2007, was named the Ministry of Education “New Century Excellent Talents Support Program ”.
