人才的竞争一直都是企业竞争的重点,然而,对于知识社会来说,掌握企业先进知识的员工,即“知识员工”就显得更为重要了。他们是企业创新和学习的主体,只有他们才能为企业带来持续的竞争优势。然而,目前大多数企业对他们了解不够、激励不够,以至员工大量外流或才能得不到有效发挥。本文通过对双因素理论的分析,进而提出一些有效的激励措施建议。
Talent competition has always been the focus of business competition, however, for the knowledge-based society, the master of advanced knowledge of enterprises, that is, “knowledge workers” is even more important. They are the mainstay of business innovation and learning, and only they can bring sustained competitive advantage to the business. However, at present, most enterprises do not know enough about them and their motivation is not enough so that their employees can not effectively play their part in exiting. This article analyzes the two-factor theory, and then put forward some effective incentive measures.
