JA,即Junior Achievement(国际青年成就组织),是一个非营利组织。JA与学校合作开展课程,同时与企业合作招募志愿者,实施并推广经济和商业活动。通过参与这门课程,可以培养学生的团队精神和初步的经济意识,有助于他们在今后的学习和工作中更好地发挥团队力量,更快地与国际新理念接轨。它的课程在中学阶段分为国际市场、青年理财、学生公司和企业经营模拟、管理实战模拟,按年龄分阶段完成。目前,上海只有12所初中和11所高中是JA China(国际青年成就中国部)的合作学校,今天我们带你去观摩的北海中学就是其中之一。知道我们的来意,北海的同学很热情地说：“我们孟老师好几次参加JA《国际市场》研讨会和教材的编写,还带队开过JA志愿者培训的讲座呢!”不由得祈祷上课铃声快点响起,好赶快体验一番。
JA, or Junior Achievement (International Youth Achievement Organization), is a non-profit organization. JA collaborates with the school to develop a curriculum and works with companies to recruit volunteers to implement and promote economic and business activities. By participating in this course, students’ teamwork spirit and initial economic awareness can be cultivated, which will help them to better exert their team strength in the future study and work and integrate with new international concepts more quickly. Its courses are divided into international markets, youth financial management, student companies and corporate management simulations, and management practices during the secondary school period. They are completed in stages by age. At present, only 12 junior high schools and 11 high schools in Shanghai are cooperative schools of JA China (International Youth Achievement Ministry of China). Today, Beihai Middle School that we have taken you to observe is one of them. Knowing our intentions, the students from Beihai said enthusiastically: “We, Ms. Meng, have participated in the preparation of JA ”International Market" seminars and teaching materials several times, and also led the team to give lectures on JA volunteer training! The school bell rang quickly, so we could experience it quickly.
