通过对润滑液中磨损粒子的分析 ,达到在不拆卸齿轮箱的情况下检测其内部齿轮的失效。有意识地引发并检验两种齿轮失效类型 :一种是由润滑液中的污染物加速齿轮的异常磨损 ;另一种则是由小齿轮和大齿轮胶合引起的。试验期间 ,定期抽样检查齿轮油 ,采用铁谱技术分析油样中的磨损粒子 ,揭示油中磨损粒子的特征与齿轮箱主要件失效之间的关系
Through the analysis of the wear particles in the lubricating fluid, the failure of the internal gear can be detected without disassembling the gearbox. Two types of gear failure were intentionally elicited and tested: one was accelerated wear of the gear by contaminants in the lubricating fluid; the other was caused by the pinion and large gear engagement. During the test period, the gear oil was regularly sampled for inspection, and the worn-out particles in the oil samples were analyzed by ferrography to reveal the relationship between the characteristics of wear particles in the oil and the failure of the main parts of the gearbox
