介绍专用于碳1 4 C 尿素呼气试验的1 4 C测试仪器 (并称之为插卡式幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)测试仪 )。以带薄窗的Geiger Mueller计数管作为传感器 ,将性能完全一致的一对GM管薄窗相对安装 ,使探测立体角接近 4π ,提高了仪器对软 β射线的探测效率。特别设置中断请求电路 ,每隔 2 0毫秒 ,即比较一下前后时段的计数率 ,如发生异常变化 ,中断请求电路即发出IRQ ,停止本次测量 ,转入故障显示 ,以防止传感器损坏或仪器环境本底突然升高而影响对呼气卡测量的准确性。在采用以氢氧化锂作为CO2 吸收剂的呼气卡和碳1 4 C 尿素剂量为 2 8KBq(0 .75 μCi)的情况下 ,经过 1 4 0例临床试验 ,与深圳市中核海得威生物科技有限公司生产的液闪式碳1 4 C 尿素呼气试验药盒和仪器的测试结果进行比较 ,结果表明 ,插卡式方法与液闪式对Hp感染诊断的符合率为 90 %。
