用P·I 42.5型硅酸盐水泥和S38HS型空心玻璃微珠(Hollow glass microsphere,HGM)及常规水泥浆体搅拌和蒸养工艺,制备出了容重为600kg/m3~900kg/m3、抗压强度可达5MPa~20MPa的水泥基浮力材料(Cement-based buoyancy material,CBM);其抗压强度与表观密度间近似遵从fc=25ρ2.66的幂函数关系;对HGM进行轻度碱蚀或水泥浆体造壳处理,均有助于CBM抗压强度的提高;高强水泥和HGM有利于获得高强度的CBM;但其断裂机制尚需进一步研究。
With P · I 42.5 Portland cement and S38HS Hollow glass microsphere (HGM) and conventional cement slurry stirring and steam curing process, a bulk density of 600kg / m3 ~ 900kg / m3, compression Cement-based buoyancy material (CBM) with strength up to 5MPa ~ 20MPa; its compressive strength and apparent density approximately follow the power function relationship of fc = 25ρ2.66; mild alkali corrosion of HGM or Cement mortar shell treatment, are conducive to CBM compressive strength; high-strength cement and HGM help to obtain high-strength CBM; but the fracture mechanism needs further study.
