你吃过黄河柿吗? 黄中泛红,圆里带方。未熟艮涩,熟后极甜。尤其是它的甜,不同于别的水果,它不是清甜而是酣甜,其粘稠恋口,远糖水而近蜜汁。制成柿饼,更是软韧浓沙可口,外面泛一层柿霜,雪白而清凉。 柿树生长在黄土塬上,耐旱耐寒,不怕贫瘠,叶肥厚,枝虬曲,木质坚硬,称作“乌木”。秋天,叶红果红,柿林如火,更是一派壮观景象。 也许,柿汁的粘稠来自黄河水的悬浑? 也许,柿树的倔强来自黄土塬的厚深? 八十年代初,我曾在《中国新闻》上以《以刻刀作犁头的版画家》为题,向海内外读者介绍扎根河南的画家陈天然。一转眼十余年过去了,1995年新春伊始,在人民大会堂隆重举行了大型画册《陈天然书画集》的首发式;第一本关于陈天然的评传《诗情土地上的跋涉者)(徐恩存著)也同时相伴发行。
