为了提高电子产品的可靠性以及节约电子产品寿命评估的费用,缩短寿命评估的周期,提出通过寿命仿真技术对电子产品进行寿命评估。以动车组通信板(TRC)为研究对象,首先分析了通信板(TRC)的原理、性能参数及应力,提出了通过SolidWorks、Flotherm、Calce PWA软件建模和应力分析进行通信板的寿命仿真的流程方法 ,然后对通信板(TRC)的可靠性进行评估。与此同时通过通信板(TRC)的加速寿命试验,对寿命仿真的评估进行验证,实物寿命试验评估值与仿真寿命值比较接近,为电子产品的寿命预测技术研究提供新思路。
In order to improve the reliability of electronic products and save the cost of life assessment of electronic products, and to shorten the life cycle assessment, the life cycle assessment of electronic products through life simulation technology is proposed. Taking TRC as the research object, the principle, the performance parameters and the stress of the communication board (TRC) are firstly analyzed. The life simulation of the communication board is proposed by using SolidWorks, Flotherm and Calce PWA software modeling and stress analysis Process approach, and then evaluate the reliability of the communications board (TRC). At the same time, through the accelerated life test of Communication Board (TRC), the life-cycle simulation is verified. The evaluation of life-cycle test is close to that of simulation life-span, which provides a new idea for the research of life prediction technology of electronic products.
