援引了乌克兰许多矿区积累的有关地下空洞范围、深部露天矿和排土场边帮发生的滑坡现象 ,矿泥贮存池的利用及其堤坝状况的大量资料。查明了目前发生的种种重大技术成因事故的先决条件。构思出一种既能降低技术引发危险性 ,又能使采矿及选矿废物得到利用的综合方法。建议用选矿矿泥与剥离硬岩的混合物充填地下空洞和露天矿已采完部分。预防露天矿边帮滑坡则是靠采用把剥离岩石从露天矿的岩石堆积区运到地下开采塌陷区的办法来实现的。确定了用选矿矿泥和剥离硬岩做成的充填材料的强度特性
Cites extensive material accumulated in many mines in Ukraine concerning landslides, landslides in deep open pit mines and dumps, dumping ponds and dikes. The preconditions for the major technical causes of accidents that have occurred are identified. Conceived an integrated approach that would both reduce the risk posed by the technology and allow the utilization of mining and dressing waste. It is advisable to fill underground cavities and open pit mines with a mixture of beneficiation slime and delamination hard rock. The prevention of side-slope landslides in open-pit mines is achieved by means of transporting peeled rocks from the rock accumulation area of open-pit mines to underground mining subsidence areas. The strength characteristics of the filling material made of beneficiation slime and delamination hard rock were determined
