在“以校为本”这一全新的教育理念的指导下,我校探索出一种“三段式”的教研形式。这是立足本校,以教师教学中所面对的具体问题为研究对象,充分发挥学校、教师和教研员的作用,把教学与研究融为一体的校本教研形式。它既解决了教学中的实际问题,又促使教师不断成长,从而推动学校的可持续发展。我们认为,一个完整的教研过程,是由课前、课中、课后三个环节构成的。勤于课前,精于课中,思于课后,是我们对教师的要求。
Under the brand-new education concept of “school-based”, our school explores a “three-stage” teaching and research form. This is based on the school, with the specific problems faced by teachers in teaching as the research object, give full play to the role of schools, teachers and teaching staff to integrate teaching and research of the school-based teaching and research. It not only solves the practical problems in teaching, but also prompts teachers to grow continuously to promote the sustainable development of the school. In our opinion, a complete teaching and research process consists of three stages: before class, during class and after class. Diligent before class, good at class, after class, is our request to the teacher.
