在比较分析庐山云雾茶主要成分与山体气候资源要素的垂直分布特征及其相关性基础上,分析探讨影响庐山云雾茶品质的限制性气候因子。结果表明:庐山云雾茶酚氨比与茶园海拔高度呈反比,咖啡碱含量与茶园海拔高度相关性不显著;雾日数是决定庐山云雾茶品质优劣的主要气候因子。
Based on the comparative analysis of the vertical distribution and the correlation of the main components of Lushan Yunwu tea and mountain climate resource, the restrictive climatic factors affecting the quality of Lushan Yunwu tea were analyzed. The results showed that the ratio of phenol to ammonia in Lushan Yunwu tea was inversely proportional to the altitude of tea plantation, and the correlation between the content of caffeine and the altitude of tea plantation was not significant. The Fog days was the main climatic factor that determines the quality of Yunwu tea in Lushan Mountain.
