苏里格气田属于低孔、低渗、低产、低丰度的大型气田,面积大,单井产量低,气井数量多,无人值守,适合自动化管理。文章以苏里格气田苏75区块为试点,阐述了远程控制技术、数据传输技术、紧急截断技术、电子巡井技术及井口数据采集技术等“天然气井智能生产控制系统”在苏里格气田的成功应用及取得的良好效果。该系统为油气田自动化管理提供了一种新的模式,具有推广价值。
Sulige gas field belongs to a large gas field with low porosity, low permeability, low production and low abundance. It has the advantages of large area, low single well output, large number of gas wells and unattended operation, suitable for automatic management. The article takes Su 75 block of Sulige gas field as a pilot project and elaborates on the remote control technology, data transmission technology, emergency cut-off technology, electronic well logging technology and wellhead data acquisition technology etc. The “natural gas well intelligent production control system” The successful application of gas field and the good results achieved.
