目的 检测hMLH1基因在食管癌组织中的表达情况,研究其与食管癌生物学行为的关系。方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测69例食管癌组织中hMLH1基因蛋白的表达。结果 69例食管癌中37例hMLH1蛋白表达呈阳性(53.62%),Ⅲ~Ⅳ期hMLH1表达率明显低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期(P<0.05);伴淋巴结转移者组hMLH1的表达率显著低于无淋巴结转移者组(P<0.05);hMLH1的表达与病理类型、细胞分化程度和癌组织浸润深度无明显的相关性。结论 在食管癌的发生发展过程中存在着hMLH1基因的改变,检测hMLH1的表达将有助于食管癌的预后判定。
Objective To detect the expression of hMLH1 gene in esophageal cancer and study its relationship with the biological behavior of esophageal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of hMLH1 gene protein in 69 cases of esophageal cancer. Results The expression of hMLH1 protein was positive in 53 cases of esophageal cancer (53.62%). The expression rate of hMLH1 in stage III-IV was significantly lower than that in stages I and II (P<0.05). The expression rate of hMLH1 was significantly lower in the group with lymph node metastasis. There was no lymph node metastasis group (P<0.05). There was no significant correlation between the expression of hMLH1 and pathological type, cell differentiation, and depth of invasion of cancer tissue. Conclusion There is hMLH1 gene alteration in the development of esophageal cancer. Detection of hMLH1 expression will contribute to the prognosis of esophageal cancer.
