本研究的目的是优化二甲基姜黄素类脂囊泡的制备工艺,提高二甲基姜黄素溶解度,并考察二甲基姜黄素类脂囊泡的稳定性。通过薄膜分散法制备负载二甲基姜黄素类脂囊泡,采用单因素考察法优化处方组成和制备工艺,探究其溶解性并进行质量评价。工艺优化后制备的二甲基姜黄色素类脂囊泡的平均粒径为(310.3±0.9)nm,包封率为(88.1±1.7)%,载药量为(4.03±1.05)%,渗漏率在45天内低于2%。这些发现均表明类脂囊泡作为二甲基姜黄素的载体显著提高其溶解度,并有很好的稳定性,使得二甲基姜黄素作为抗癌药物在药物应用中具有很好的应用前景。
The purpose of this study is to optimize the preparation of dimethyl curcumin lipid vesicles, increase the solubility of dimethyl curcumin, and study the stability of dimethyl curcumin lipid vesicles. Preparation of dimethylcurcumin-loaded vesicles by thin-film dispersion method, single factor study to optimize prescription composition and preparation process, to explore the solubility and quality evaluation. The average particle size of dimethyl curcumin-like vesicles prepared after the process optimization was (310.3 ± 0.9) nm, the entrapment efficiency was (88.1 ± 1.7)% and the drug loading was (4.03 ± 1.05)% Rate less than 2% in 45 days. These findings indicate that lipid vesicles as a carrier of dimethylcurcumin significantly improve its solubility and stability, making dimethylcurcumin as an anti-cancer drug has good application prospect in the application of drugs.
